Whenever I feel too low, I likely to work on my schedule to add or remove some kind of annoying activities. But often it fails and make me feel the same void feeling deep inside. This continued for ages and I couldn't figure out a solution. And my schedule terribly sucked. Then I came out with an idea of writing daily journal simultaneously plan the next day's activities. It made me good for a while and very soon I grew more lazy skipped writing for days. Everything went on a terrible downhill. Things started getting black out which made me feel very low during those times.
Then something hit on in my brain and it throwed me a very good idea of setting deadlines to my daily activities. This time I was focused more on maintaining a streak along with the deadlines. This both combined strategy is one of the ultimate mantra I've ever used. Even this made to focus more on my daily activities rather than wasting my time over feeling low everyday. I also got lazy somedays but the fear of breaking the streak made things to continue. Also deadlines made me to feel more productive than ever. Later I got used to my schedule with more enthusiasm than ever,
The second mantra which constantly bragged me on track is the BETTER THAN YESTERDAY mantra. Everyday I tried myself to be better than yesterday's performance. This little push made wonders. It made thing easier day by day.
Finally my schedule started to be productive and lowered the possibility to fail. My schedule then slowly improved my confidence level.
These were my hurdle which I've faced all along my way.
